We have had a busy December. Kamiah and Braelyn sang in the school choir this year it is for preschool thru 5th grade. They had a Christmas performance and did the cutest job. I was also asked to play a piano piece as the senior choir and junior choirs switched spots on the stage. The last song they sang was here comes Santa Claus and then Santa surprised the choir and came ou t behind the curtains. Kamiah was sooo happy. Braelyn was scared and Chelsea petrified.! My mom bought the girls their matching dresses for Christmas- they look pretty in them. Thanks mom!
We also made some gingerbread houses out of graham crackers with some great friends! It was messy but way fun! Chelsea also wanted in on the candies. She is tasting her first candy cane YUM YUM!!
I have started teaching Kamiah piano and I just started up teaching other kids, so as a start I have two students ( starting January 3 then February 4 so it's coming!) Anyways a close friend of mine also teaches and she invited us to join her for her Christmas piano recital. Here is Kamiah playin Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. She did an awesome job.
I had promised the girls we would decorate sugar cookies. We decided we should invite some friends to join us. That was so fun, I don't have pictures of all of us but we were glad Eliza and her mom came and Kreyton, Christopher,Lincoln and their mom came, and Zona and her mom came! We had a fun time!!
At our ward Christmas party santa came. Braelyn sat on his lap this time but wouldn't look at him or smile, Kamiah loved him, and Chelsea not a chance!
The Sunday before Christmas I dressed the girls in their new Christmas dresses. Thanks to my mom they looked so cute!
Early Monday morning we loaded in the car and drove to Brandon's mom's for Christmas. We had a good ride, the kids did awesome, and the roads were great! We got here and Grandma had the kids help her decorate the Christmas tree they loved it Chelsea even helped out by taking them back off and climbing up on the stool to touch the ornaments. We got daddy from the man cave to come help us put the star on top!
Christmas Morning was nice, the kids slept in until 10:00 a.m. and then we looked at stockings, opened presents under the tree, then Aunt T.J. and Uncle John and Papa Paul came over and we had Ham and turkey dinner. Then after that we did this thing called "The Pile" we all put things in the middle of a floor in a pile, it can be anything and everything we had things from Ipods to toilet paper. You draw a number and that is what order you get to pick anything you want out of the pile. It was fun for a change! Chelsea loved her stuffed animals Santa gave her, The girls were given a microphone stand with mic that really works, Daddy and girls got two dart guns to play with, stools, and quite a bit more, these pj's on the girls I made ( I had a ton of projects I did and amazingly I accomplished all of them by Christmas , but those will be a different post) Also the ones on Brandon and myself I made as well!

What a fun Christmas! I love your Cute CUTE Christmas Picture of all girls. It couldn't get any better than that! Love it. Glads you had a good Christmas!
Look at how big your girls are getting and it hasn't even been that long since I have seen them. Madie told me today that she missed Kamiah and Braelyn. Hope you guys had a great Christmas.
A busy December indeed!! That's so awesome that you're teaching Kamiah piano. I've thought about starting that with Joanna, maybe later this year when she's a little older.
Well Chelsea and all 3 of my kids are petrified of Santa. We saw 2 Santas this season and all of our kids refused to go within 5 feet of him. ;-)
