It has been a crazy week! I haven't kept up on my blog, I guess you would say I have been extra stressed and worried. On Thursday of last week, I went for my usual doctor appointment and once again I hadn't gain any weight and when they measure the belly with the tape measure she hasn't grown. Everything in those areas has stopped. Well, they did an ultrasound, and did quite a few tests on different things, then we had to have a stress test. The baby passed all of those, and they figure she is around 5lbs. 10 oz. Not real bad but small for my kids, anyways they had me go back on Tuesday for more tests and told me on thursday we would either take the baby on tuesday or not. So I had to have everything ready for Christmas my kids arranged for and everything done, especially where I have c- sections I would be in the hospital over christmas. Well, so I was expecting a baby yesterday. But went to the appointment and once again my weight and babies measurements haven't changed but she passed all of her tests. So the doctor said that she still is better in then out. I was 37 weeks and 3 days. He said he would schedule me a c- section for the 29th of December I would be 28 weeks and 2 days. He said he can't figure out why she isn't growing and me gaining, he also said the only reason, at this point, he would take the baby on the 29th is to calm my nerves. I felt that was selfish of me because if I decided yes and then her not be ready and be sick I would feel horrible. But the doctor is still wants to keep close eyes on her to mke sure she still does okay, so he wants me in for tests on the day after christmas, the 29th and the 1st or 2nd. I have had some very bad experiences with some of the other doctors in the office and my doctor is on vacation so I will have to see some of these other doctors, but he informed me he will be in the area and gave me his cell phone number to call him if the baby doesn't pass her tests, and he will come and deliver or to call if we change our minds and want to have her on the 29th. Which is awesome of a doctor. But he has left me with a hard decision because I am wanting my baby out, but not so soon that she has a chance of being sick. I don't know what's better, her not getting much to eat but giving her more time for her lungs to mature. Or have her out and take the chance of her not ready and end up in ICU. What would you do? Brandon first told me to wait until the 5th like planned but now is pressuring me to take her on the 29th. I am so confused and stressed. I and her are on our 4th week of not gaining weight and her measurments are still at 32 cm or in. whatever it is they measure in. I am up for advice!!! Wish us luck. Anyways here are some fun things the girls have done. My mom had them a day this week and they did fun things. First picture is of Kamiah's tree she colored, cut and glued everything herself. I am so impressed.

Braelyn wasn't wanting to do to grandma's but as you can tell once she saw her she was Grandma's best friend! They also made candy licorice necklaces, which I didn't get a picture of. Boy am I glad for grandma's to help out.

Oh, I wish you the best of luck, those are some hard decissions to make. I just can not relate to not gaining any weight! I am so glad that your mom is close by to help out. I am afraid I would just take the Dr. advice on what to do, maybe I give them to much credit but I know they know more than I do. Our prayers are with you.
this would be a hard decision. I've been through having a baby in icu and it is no fun. It's hard on everyone! But I know how you would feel about just wanting the baby here already. I say just go with what the doc says. Good luck with everything. Let us know if you need anything! Take care!!
